Abstract

The identification lists document Robert E. Kuntz's field work in Formosa [Taiwan], 1959 - 1962. The lists are a mixture of typed and hand written information and detail specimen number (field number and USNM catalog number), identification, locality and sometimes habitat. Locality details town, additional descriptive information (i.e. air raid shelter) and habitat. Locality also includes notes about specimen preparation. Some pages note that lists were sent to the US National Museum from Parasitology Department US Medical Research Unit #2. Locations across Taiwan are numerous and include Taipei.
