Abstract

The report and specimen catalog document Charles M. Hoy's field work in Australia, during the William Louis Abbott Australian Expedition (1919-1922). There are reports on Tamworth, Wandandian, Gloucester. Details include a description of terrain, recent weather, vegetation, changes in flora and fauna, geography, goals (in Tamworth was primarily to study the platypus), colleagues, abundance of animals, and collected birds and mammals.
