Abstract

This field book consists of a specimen list of A. S. Hitchcock from collecting activities in Canada, England, Saint Helena, and South Africa, 1928-1929. The specimen list includes collector numbers (233771-24346); scientific name; and sometimes a description including locality, physical characteristics, abundance, etc. Locations include: Port aux Basques (Newfoundland, Canada); Box Hill (England); Cape Town, and Johannesburg (South Africa).
