Abstract

This field book includes a specimen list of LeRoy H. Harvey from his work collecting botanical specimens in Michigan; Oklahoma; Texas; Mexico; Marshall Islands; Hawaii; and Montana. The specimen list includes collector number (1 through 2416); scientific name; collection notes such as locality and condition; date; and location. Some specimens are marked "discarded" or have other notations, possibly indicating herbaria collections. Another set of numbers, possibly measurements, are included. Localities include: Cheboygan, Emmet, and Presque Isle counties (Michigan); Nuevo Leon, Coahuila, Chihuahua (Mexico); Dallas (Texas); Kauai (Hawaii); and Missoula (Montana). Some loose notes and specimen labels can also be found in the field book.
