Abstract

This logbook contains data from what looks like Conrad cruise 9 from January 21-27, 1965. As the title suggests, these may have been notes kept by someone named Lois Breger. It is also possible "Lois Breger" refers to the name of a ship. Data tables record surface, vertical, mps-s, mps-m, mps-o, oblique, no bps, total, date, sample number, depth range, surface, temp, coordinates. Plotting chart outlining stations visited along the west coast of South America. Chart notes which stations have samples completed. Also included are 12 blank plankton sample labels.
