Abstract

This field book contains notes on birds Mearns observed in the Philippines and an overview and itinerary of his expedition to Mt. Malindang, possibly written by Wallace I. Hutchinson [?] and Edgar A. Mearns. The expedition overview contains information about the organizers and participants of the expedition, and the itinerary provides a narrative account of their route and activities. The itinerary seems to be incomplete and ends on 28 May 1906. Other notes are dated 8 to 17 May 1906. Localities include Misamis, Mt. Malindang, and "Catagan".
