Abstract

These incomplete notes related to the incomplete Mearns journal from 1902, housed in box 10 folder 6 of the same collection. Journal notes are dated 29 September to 3 October 1902. Some mammals and lizards are also briefly noted. List of birds seen in Yellowstone Park between April and October 1902 is included. Localities include, but are not limited to Yellowstone River, Yellowstone Lake, Mammoth Hot Springs, Gardiner and Gardiner River.
