Abstract

This item contains a list of the "birds of April" collected in Fort Snelling, Minnesota, 1889-1891. Birds are listed by scientific name, beneath which collector numbers corresponding to that species are listed. See field notebook from Fort Snelling, 1889-1891, for more notes on these specimens. When collector numbers are not included, quantities are listed. Date ranges are given if the bird was seen or collected during months other than April. Collector numbers range from approximately 6402 to 7523.
