Abstract

This item contains 19 black and white photographs Carriker took in Costa Rica in 1899, 1901, 1902, and 1905. Images depict mostly village life and Carriker's travels, but also include images of mammal specimens, a plant specimen, and the country side. Port Limon, Volcano Irazu, and possibly other localities are depicted.
