Abstract

This is the field catalog of Copley Amory, Jr., during his collecting for the U.S. National Museum in Alaska, July 21 - September 5, 1912. Pages are numbered. Catalog lists specimen (USNM catalog) number (175612 - 175631), collector's numbers (1 - 68), sex, type, locality, date, measurements (head, body, tail, hind foot), and remarks. Remarks refer to type of specimen preparation, additional description of location, and specimen condition. Includes a hand drawn map with notes; the 141st meridian runs through the middle of the map, and campsites are marked. Locations include Crow River and Joe River in Alaska.
