Abstract

The 2 notebooks document Thora Stejneger's collecting efforts in Norway, 1898. The small notebook is headed with "Bergen", and entries are headed with specimen number (14-53). They list date, sex, and measurements. Sometimes includes elevations and additional remarks. The second notebook is a list of specimens collected May 25, 1998 - November 5, 1900. Some include two sets of specimen numbers (105108-105113). Entries vary greatly. They include location, date, type, measurements and remarks. Locations include Granvin, Hardanger, and Bergen.
