Abstract

Field notes on a trip from Fort Verde (Camp Verde), Arizona, to the Havasupai Indian Village on Catarach Creek, Arizona, and thence skirting the bluffs of the Colorado River to Peach Springs, thence to Fort Verde by way of Big Chino and Williamson Valleys to Whipple Barracks (Fort Whipple), and thence to Fort Verde, 4-26 November 1884. Collector numbers 3480-3574 for birds are included. Notes on vegetation and on mammals seen are also included. An itinerary is included on the second to last page of this volume.
