Abstract

Materials document Alexander Wetmore's continued investigations into the nature and origin of duck mortality in Utah (1916), while in the employ of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Bureau of Biological Survey. Materials include: a map of Bear River Bay, with markings relating to Wetmore's work; (blueprints) graph of the evaporation rates of Salt Lake 1901-1906; charts of precipitation and water levels of the Great Salt Lake Basin and the Great Salt Lake; map of Great Salt Lake basin and Wasatch mountain range; and map of Lake Bowdoin from the U.S. Geological Survey.
