Abstract

This item contains 14 black and white photographs of members of the Johnson-Smithsonian Deep-Sea Expedition to the West Indies aboard the Caroline. Depicted are expedition members, equipment including nets used, and a fish specimen collected. Dates are not included, but the date is probably 1933, the year of the Johnson-Smithsonian Deep-Sea Expedition to the West Indies.
