Abstract

This field book contains notes on gastropods (mainly snails) and birds collected in Cuba from 1-16 May 1914. This is a typed version of the journal. Journal information focuses on trips to collect gastropods. Bartsch includes information on air and water temperatures of areas in which he collects. Carlos de la Torre Huerta and others accompany Bartsch on these field trips. Bird data includes check lists of birds with locality information and a list of birds with collector numbers (7-312).
