Abstract

This journal contains Bartsch's field notes on cerion (genus of snail) colonies and birds in the Florida Keys from 14-18 July 1917. List of birds at various locations are included throughout the journal. Notes on Notes on cerion colonies on Loggerhead Key, including colonies A-N with table data (measurements) for some colonies, is included. Locations include but are not limited to Spanish Harbor, Boca Chica (currently Bay Keys), Key West, and Loggerhead Key. A list and addresses are written on back cover verso.
