Most travel is by sea or train. When travel is by train, elevation is indicated. Locations include the vicinity of Puná Island (Ecuador); Bay of Panama; Cachendo, Medanos, and Pampa de Islay [Pampa de La Joya], Peru. Many location references indicate stations.
