Abstract

This field book contains miscellaneous notes from Guatemala, 1905. Doyle writes five pages of notes on botanical specimens numbered 1-6. Detailed descriptions are given for all specimens, including measurements, taste (if it is edible), and other information. Specimen number 3 is also given the number 3051. Photographs were taken of these specimens. Specimens were obtained in Secanqum and perhaps other locations. Specimens include Chayote, Agustina "poconoboise", monicaria, and others. Page 98 onward contains notes on expenses. Specific dates for the field notes are not provided, but dates for expenses range from December 1904 to may 1905.
