Abstract

The 65 black-and-white photographs document Edmund Heller's collecting in Africa during the Rainey African Expedition, 1911-1912. Prints are of Africans of various ages (including children), individuals and in groups, often in the midst of work, in and near Kisumu, British East Africa [Kenya]. For negatives, see Folder 47.
