Abstract

This includes M. Moyinhan's observations of Coraciiformes in Washington, DC, and Portobello, Panama, 1986, 1987. Notes are headed with date, location, and type. Observation for the Washington Zoo on May 12, 1986 cover birds in captivity. Notes for Porto Bello [Portobello], Panama on the morning of May 6, 1987 cover wild kingfishers. The entry records behavior, appearance, interactions between sexes, and vocalizations. It indicates recordings were made.
