The notes are the observations of M. Moynihan of Poerilothranpis (Tanagers), 1959-1962. Entries are dated and are headed with location and type. Observations describe behavior, appearance and calls of flocks, pairs, and individual birds. Descriptions include sex, time of day, environment, elevation, and reactions to human observers.
