Abstract

The notes document M. Moynihan's observations of Ring-billed Gulls, 1954-1955. Observations describe individual and groups of gulls including habitat, sex, time of day, appearance, behavior often related to confrontation, bird songs, and counts in relation to observed behaviors. Includes type list of dated notes that reference gull observations and index of non-aerial behaviors in the wild. Locations include Pelican Island-Doglake, Manitoba, Canada.
