Abstract

The notes document M. Moynihan's observations of Cacajou rubicundus (Vakari monkey), at Washington Zoo; Bronx Zoo; and Barro Colorado Island, Panama, 1958-1959, 1964-1965. Pages are numbered. Entries are headed with location, date, and type. Observations include sex, appearance, behavior (feeding, fighting, displaying), calls, and results of discussions with animal keepers. Entries are not chronological. Includes notations indicated with patterns.
