Abstract

These field notes document observations on 1-3 November 1958 on a flower in the Mentzelia genus and the anthidium and other insects visiting the flower. Also included are a number of miscellaneous notes including “Climate at the southwestern search station, Cave Creek Canyon, Portal, Arizona” (compiled by Stephen H. Spur, March 1958) and sketches and miscellaneous, undated notes on burrows.
