Abstract

This volume contains field notes taken from 5 June to 3 August 1927, 1928, 1929, and 1932 in Tortugas. Also included are notes on collections in the Pacific (including Ambon Island) and on USNM specimens. Notes document fish and other marine life collected. Measurements, sex, eggs, data tables, stomach contents, notes on and notes on experiments are also included. Table of contents for locations is on the title page. Typed index of specimens is included in the front of the volume.
