Abstract

This volume contains field notes taken during the summers of 1916, 1918, 1919, 1920, and 1921 in Tortugas (Florida), the Hawaiian Islands, and Samoa. Notes document fish and other marine life (examples include squid, shrimp, and jelly fish) collected. Measurements, data tables, stomach contents, notes on and notes on experiments are also included. Miscellaneous notes are included in the back of the volume. Typed index of specimens is included in the front of the volume. Localities include but are not limited to Tortugas, the Hawaiian Islands, and Pago Pago (Samoa).
