Abstract

This is 9 of 16 folders of typed and hand written notes covering the observations of L. Walkinshaw in Michigan, 1958-1979. Includes news clippings. Includes observations of location (county, town, section), type of bird, nests, birds, eggs, and habitat with descriptions of behavior, vegetation, measurements, dates with followup observations, and times of day; and tables of observations of banded birds in Michigan and other places, some including species, age, sex, band number, weight, measurements, and time of day. Locations include the vicinity of the Michigan counties of Crawford, Muskegon, and Ingham.
