Abstract

This is 8 of 16 folders of typed and hand written notes covering the observations of L. Walkinshaw in Michigan and Canada, 1914-1978. Includes a variety of formats and content of observation data, letters from the Michigan Bird Banders Association, and maps with notes. Includes bird, egg, and nest observations with locations, dates, times of day, and measurements; tables of data for ranges of time and locations; summaries of birds listed by type; and observations of Sandhill Cranes. Locations in Michigan include lower peninsula, counties of Muskegon, Ingham, Luce, Crawford, Chippewa as well as Ontario, Canada.
