Abstract

This is 6 of 16 folders of typed and hand written notes covering the observations of L. Walkinshaw in Florida and Michigan, 1948-1989. Includes formats news clipping (obituary of Dr. George J. Wallace) and a report on Loons on Upper Michigan. Includes list of bird observations usually listed by species, location, and date; bird band data with band number, age, sex, nest, weight, measurements, area, and date; notes on observations in South Africa (Hlatikulu River); and bird counts. Locations include Polk county, Florida and counties in Michigan of Muskegon, Oceana, Calhoun, Crawford, Ingham, and Barry.
