PrintThis volume contains notes taken by Harbison in Louisiana, Texas and possibly other states from 3-14 September 1900. Collector numbers 2967-3085 are included. Harbison collects a wide variety of plants. One frequently collected genus includes crataegus, a member of the rose family. Locations include but are not limited to Shreveport (LA), Rapider Parish (LA), Opelousas (LA), and Bowie County (TX). Some collector numbers are followed by an "equals" symbol (=) and another number (ex. 3075=2067/2). Harbison also includes name of specimen, measurements, abundance, soil description and a few words about the specimen's surrounding area.
