Abstract

This volume contains notes taken by Harbison in Tennessee, Alabama, and possibly other southeastern states from 9 May to 26 May 1900. Collector numbers 2226-2336 are included. Harbison collects a wide variety of plants. Locations include but are not limited to Sand Mountain (AL), Cumberland Mountain (Franklin County, TN, according to Harbison's notes), West Nashville (TN), Nashville (TN), Tullahoma (TN), Coffee Co (TN). Harbison also includes name of specimen, sometimes measurements, abundance and commonality, and a few words about the specimen's surrounding area.
