Abstract

The field notes document L. Walkinshaw's observations of Greater Sandhill Crane nests in Michigan, 1970-1982. The first field book includes nest data for counties across Michigan, 1970-1977. Includes typed version of nest observations, with photographs, and table (number, species, dates see, county, section). The second folder includes maps with notes to nest locations, slides of eggs, and notes on bird banding. The third includes bird observations of Michigan for 1979; table includes number, species, quantity, where seen first, and last date seen.
