Abstract

Paleontological and geological field notes of Carpel Leventhal Breger taken in the Eastport quadrangle in 1907 from 3 July to 15 August 1907. Breger describes geological and paleontological specimens found in the strata of various locations. Collector numbers for paleontological specimen may correspond to localities on the maps inserted in this field book. Abundance, occasionality, and rarity of specimens are noted. Indices are included in the back including box lists on page 100. Sketches and maps are also included. Some locations include Lubec Peninsula, Schooner Cove, Coscook Falls, Kelly Point, and Leach Point.
