Abstract

This field book documents Cooper's paleontological and geological field work in Glass Mountain, West Texas from 12 June to 4 August 1945. Various genera of brachiopoda fossils and other types of fossils were collected. Page 100 contains a list of specimen collected by locality. Several maps are included. The maps contain alphanumeric codes corresponding to a locality. Cooper uses these codes throughout his notes to refer to localities. Fossils from the Permian, Pennsylvanian, and other periods were collected. Other locations include San Saba and Altuda, Texas. Pages 0070-0113.
