Abstract

The field book was created for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program Southern Island Cruise 18, March 1967. The field book by F. Smith relates to bird observations on Fanning Island [Tabuaeran] in Kiribati. Includes counts of shore and pelagic birds, location information about individual and populations of birds on the island as well as habitat.
