Abstract

The field book was created for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program Southern Island Cruise 17, January 21-22, 1967. The field book by James Gordon relates observations of Baker Island during an island survey, including descriptions of fauna (crustaceans, birds, nests, eggs) and their locations on the island. Types of birds are referred to by their common name.
