Abstract

The field book was created for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program Southern Island Cruise 17, January 21-22, 1967. The field book by Richard Chandler relates to bird banding and return data collected on Baker Island (listing band numbers 923-27538 to 923-27600). Includes lists of supplies, observations of bird behaviors, egg counts, hand drawn map of island marked with locations of observers and landmarks, and notes about blood samples and the birds from which they came.
