Miscellaneous notes cover work completed by Waldo Schmitt during the Palmer Peninsula (Antarctica) Survey, 1962-1963. Includes notes about selection of landing sites (terrain, water accessibility) and materials collected and by whom (some including references to fossils). Locations discussed include bases in Dorian Bay, Paradise Harbor, Lockroy, and Arthur Seymour Island, Dorian Bay and Snow Hill.
