Abstract

Correspondence documents the work completed during the Smithsonian-Bredin Caribbean Expedition, 1960 [Smithsonian-Bredin Expedition to Yucatan (1960)]. Letters document film and photographs taken during the expedition, Franklin Daiber's participation, communication about his area of specialization and talks resulting from the expedition collecting. Daibar was an Associate Professor of Zoology at University of Delaware. Includes some correspondence sent from Waldo Schmitt to his wife. Correspondents include Franklin C. Daiber and Leonard Carmichael.
