Abstract

The diary documents Waldo Schmitt's work during the Smithsonian-Bredin Caribbean Expedition, 1958. Entries cover March 21 - May 2, 1958. Entries are scattered throughout. Begins with an itinerary including dates and times of day for arrivals and departures. Includes air temperature, weather,observations of communities and changes from previous year visit, and fauna observed and descriptions of their environment at collecting locations.
