Abstract

Station data documents work completed by Waldo Schmitt during the Smithsonian-Bredin Society Islands Expedition, during April and May of 1957. List includes accession number, list of participating scientists, station numbers followed by date, time of day, description of environment, depth, island, and approximate location in reference to island. Additionally some descriptions detail type of line used, if coral reef present, vegetation present, when specimens taken and sometimes indicate types. Includes multiple locations through out French Polynesia Society Islands [Îles de la Société] and Tuamotu Islands.
