Abstract

This record refers to 3 field books created for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program Southern Island Cruise 9, in 1965 on Christmas Island. Envelope 1 contains a field book by Dayle N. Husted that includes bird banding data (band numbers 514-79305 to 544-53077). Envelope 2 contains a field book by Richard L. Maze that includes bird banding data (514-77422 to 777-56052); and nest counts. Envelope 3 contains a field book by Paul W. Woodward that includes two short lists of banding data (514-79171 to 642-02385) from Cook Island and Motu Upua, Christmas Island.
