Abstract

This field book contains field notes on birds taken from 18 April to 18 August 1971. Notes contain lists of various birds spotted in Virginia. Most of the birds listed were observed at Eike's home on 6207 Newman Road, Fairfax or in the surrounding area. Notes occasionally include weather and temperature information, quantity, time spotted, and the sex of the birds. A clipping on the death of the Explorer 1 satellite is also included.
