Abstract

This record refers to 3 field books created for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program Southern Island Cruise 8, in 1965 on Enderbury Island. Envelope 1 contains a field book by Fred C. Sibley that includes bird banding data (listing band numbers 558-85089 to 757-89903 ); and nest counts. Envelope 2 contains a field book by Dennis L. Stadel that includes nest counts and bird banding data (listing band numbers 647-60177 to 777-54647). Envelope 3 contains a field book by Robert S. Standen that includes lists of black-and-white and color photographs; nest surveys; and banding and returns data (listing band numbers 647-60135 to 777-57035).
