Abstract

Photographs document work completed by members of the Alaska King Crab Investigation, in which Waldo Schmitt took part. There are no descriptions on the reverse. Images show employees at canneries and processing facilities, bays of Alaska from ship, vistas of coastline, caught Alaska King Crab and other marine life; and images of the ships and details of ship rigging. Some images are duplicates. Locations are through out the vicinity of the Aleutian Islands of Alaska.
