Abstract

Miscellaneous materials document the processes and results of Waldo Schmitt's work during the Alaska King Crab Investigation, 1940. Materials include dated notes listing issues with work, equipment, locations, investigation participants, and methods and results of specimen collecting. There is more than one set of dated notes -- up to three related entries to a given date. There are drafts of correspondence for use of equipment in Alitak Bay. Locations are through out the Aleutian Islands of Alaska.
