Abstract

The black and white photographs by William Randolph Taylor document the Hancock Pacific-Galapagos Expedition, during 1934. Images have numbers records on the front along the edge of the image. Subject matter includes images of islands from aboard ship; examples of trees and other vegetation observed, including detail images; shoreline terrain; commercial ports; birds, tortoises, marine life; and local officials. Locations include islands of the Galapagos [Archipiélago de Colón].
