Abstract

This record refers to 4 field books b y B. A. Harrington from his work with the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, on Johnston Island, 1967. Envelope 1 contains a field book with bird counts; nest counts; plot counts; egg measurements; banding data (listing band numbers 565-12921 to 933-99973); general notes; a hand-drawn map labeled "light density"; and a hand-drawn map of Common noddy tern locals islet. Envelope 2 contains a field book with molt data lists; molt data scoring key; bird counts; egg data; and banding data (listing band numbers 642-03056 to 933-96902). Envelope 3 contains a field book with bird, nest, and egg counts; and banding data (listing band numbers 535-12052 to 933-99729. Envelope 4 contains a field book with egg measurements; banding data (listing band numbers 743-73534 to 933-99943); and some brief general notes.
