This item consists of a plant catalog compiled by N.L. Britton and J.N. Rose representing specimens from the Mimosaceae family collected in various localities in Central and South America from around 1805-1928. Entries typically consist of scientific name, collection date, distribution, and locality and sometimes include the name of the plant taxonomist responsible for the naming of the specimen.
