Abstract

This record refers to 3 field books of Robert L. DeLong and 1 field book of R. L. Brownell, Jr., from their work with the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program on Kure Island, October-December 1968. Envelope 1 contains a field book by R. L. Brownell, Jr. with bird counts; weather observations; and nestling observations. Envelope 2 contains a field book by Robert L. DeLong with bird and nest counts; nest descriptions; and some banding data (with band numbers 597-84036 to 737-93067). Envelope 3 contains a field book by Robert L. DeLong with blood sample lists for Blue-faced boobies and Black-footed albatrosses. The lists include sex and band numbers (597-36170 to 767-51781). Envelope 4 contains a field book by Robert L. DeLong with banding data listing band numbers 597-83277 to 737-99590.
